Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Pick up & travel to Bwindi from Kigali
Start your memorable 10-day safari in East Africa with breakfast and after, a briefing about your itinerary. Have a short city tour in the charming Kigali for you to explore the popular Kigali genocide memorial and other historical sites like museums. Afterward, get transferred to your respective lodges in Bwindi. Have the long evening relaxing as you wait for the next day’s exciting adventures.

Travel time: 4-5 hours via Katuna/Chanika border
Day 2: Gorilla trekking with expert from Bwindi
Have a heavy breakfast and after, you will transferred to the hotel for briefing. Get to know the guidelines for gorilla trekking and also the official will allocate to you a park ranger guide plus gorilla groups. Bwindi alone holds about 24 habituated gorilla groups in its 4 main sectors; Ruhija, Nkuringo, Rushaga, and Buhoma.
The normal trekking begins at around 8:00 am and is expected to take 2-6 hours which covers an hour for you to observe how gorillas behave and take photographs of gorillas. Return after observing the unique behaviors of gorillas and enjoy the rest of the day at the lodge.

Day 3: Drive back to Kigali & depart for Arusha
A delicious breakfast be enjoyed at your respective lodges and after, expect to be transferred back to Kigali. Cross the Katuna/Chanika border and arrive at Kigali Airport early for you to take a flight up to Arusha.

Day 4: Transfer to Tarangire by road
Pick up early for you to be transferred to Tarangire National Park. Arrive early for you to embark on a guided game drive. Enjoy sights of Tarangire’s diverse wildlife including elephants, giraffes, zebras, lions, and birds. As you experience the best of game drive, do not forget the beautiful baobab trees views.

Day 5: Tarangire to Serengeti by road
After breakfast, you will be picked up and today, expect to be transferred to Serengeti National Park in a 4×4 safari vehicle. You will have great moment at Ngorongoro exploring the Crater and its abundant wildlife ranging from elephants, lions, cheetahs to birds. From Ngorongoro, proceed to the Serengeti National Park to check in your accommodation for relaxation.

Day 6: A full-day game drive in the Serengeti

Day 8: A full-day Masai Mara game drive with expert
