Day 1: Pick up at the hotel & drive from Arusha to Serengeti
Begin your day with a heavy breakfast and today, you will be picked up by the professional driver guide. You will be driven to Serengeti National Park starting from Arusha City. The park is located in the Northern circuit and is home to zebras, the Big 5 game, gazelles, cheetahs, hyenas, and others.
When you reach Serengeti, expect to check in your respective lodges. After check-in, you will be served a delicious dinner and later, you will rest for the night.

Day 2: A full-day game drive with an expert in Serengeti

When to travel to explore Serengeti and Ngorongoro
Serengeti National Park and Ngorongoro Crater are all year-round destinations. But they can be excellently explored around the dry season. This is from June to October, January to February. It is around these extensive dry months when there is minimal or no rainfall received in the premier game-viewing destinations in Tanzania. Avoid the wet or rainy season as they come with many disruptions from heavy rains. The peak wet season falls around November, March and May. The longest wet season occurs from March, April, and May.
