Day 1: Pick up at the airport & drive to your hotel
Today will be for your arrival at Kigali International Airport & pick up. Get a warm welcome into the Land of a Thousand Hills from your expert and after, proceed to the hotel. At the hotel, you will be briefed about the 7-day Serengeti and Bwindi gorillas tour which will be conducted by our company representative.

Day 2: Travel to Bwindi in a 4×4 vehicle with an expert
Meet your local expert for a briefing on what you should expect from today’s program. After the morning briefing, you will be heading to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park driving via Katuna or Kisoro border. En route to Bwindi, you will be viewing the stunning landscapes of Rwanda and when you cross, still expect a remarkable treat to mesmerizing views from the Kigezi Hills, homesteads, and farms. Arrive at Bwindi early to check in the lodge for relaxation, dinner, and overnight.

Time: 4-5 hours
Day 3: Gorilla trekking experience in Bwindi with a guide
Have a hefty breakfast and exit your lodge with a pack of lunch plus adequate drinking bottled water. You will assemble at the park offices for a briefing about gorilla trekking regulations and what to expect on your primate walk. At around 8:00 am, you will be officially led through the jungle to search for a gorilla group assigned to you and the trek is expected to go for about 2-6 hours. The length of searching for gorillas often varies depending on visitors’ hiking speed, the location of gorillas, and the general nature of their habitats.
When found, you have absolutely one hour to enjoy a face-to-face encounter with gorillas, take pictures, and observe their unique behaviors. After the gorilla trek, the afternoon will be spent at leisure in your respective lodges and you may consider visiting the Batwa community with an experienced guide.

Day 4: Transfer back to Kigali & connect to Arusha
After a hefty breakfast, expect to be picked up early morning and today, you will be returning to Kigali Capital. Arrive early and catch up with the flight to Arusha. At Arusha, meet the local expert from Tanzania for you to be dropped off to the hotel.

Day 5: Pick up at Arusha & drive to Serengeti
Enjoy a hefty breakfast and after, you will transferred to the Serengeti National Park in the Northern circuit of Tanzania. Expect to experience the breathtaking landscapes in the countryside and once you have arrived, you will check in your lodge for relaxation.

Day 6: The entire day game drive in the Serengeti
Begin your extensive day with a delicious breakfast and after, you will be picked up by the driver guide. Leave your camp or lodge with lunch box and adequate bottled drinking water. Start with the morning session for you to catch up with sun risers then the afternoon game drive phase will follow.
The expected encounters on the Serengeti game drive include the Big 5 game, wildebeests, giraffes, zebras, gazelles, elands, cheetahs, and many birds. A picnic lunch is included on today’s long game drive session then you will return to the lodge late in the afternoon.

Day 7: Serengeti to Arusha
After a hefty breakfast, check out of your lodge or camp and later, you will be transferred back to Arusha. On arrival at Arusha, you will be dropped off at the hotel or airport for you to depart back home from Tanzania.
